JBS Engineering Technical Services, Inc. was founded on August 1, 1999 with a commitment to serve clients in Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI). Today our team provides Construction Management, Program Management, and Materials Testing throughout Florida’s roadway, bridge, rail, and aviation construction programs.
We are certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and hold SBE / SSBE / WMBE certifications with the South Florida Water Management District, the Central Florida Expressway Authority, and Orange County’s Business Development Division.

Design-build widening of I-75 from four to six lanes and reconstruction of the merge/weave with Florida’s Turnpike, including a new flyover ramp to the Turnpike southbound.
Independent field quality control testing and inspection for earthwork, cast-in-place and precast concrete, structural steel, and pavement on South Terminal C, Phase 1.
